 At Dream Heaven Holidays, we understand that travel plans may change due to unforeseen circumstances. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, while covering commitments already made with hotels, transporters and service providers. 

•  Any cancellation of tour or travel services must be intimated to us in writing (via email or official communication channel).
• Cancellation charges will be applicable from the date we receive the written cancellation request, not from the date of verbal communication.

 The following cancellation charges will apply based on the number of days before arrival:

• 60 days or more before arrival: 10% of the total tour/service cost
• 59 – 45 days before arrival: 20% of the total tour/service cost
• 44 – 30 days before arrival: 25% of the total tour/service cost
• 29 – 07 days before arrival: 50% of the total tour/service cost
• 07 – 03 days before arrival: 75% of the total tour/service cost
• Less than 72 hours before arrival or No Show: No refund

 For special train journeys and peak season hotel bookings, a separate cancellation policy will apply. The same will be informed at the time of booking or upon request. 

Third-party service providers govern certain components of your tour, and their respective cancellation and refund policies will apply:

• Hotel bookings: Refunds will be processed as per the individual hotel’s cancellation policy
• Train tickets: Cancellations will be governed by Indian Railways’ rules
• Flight tickets: Cancellations and refunds will be subject to the airline’s fare rules and policies

Dream Heaven Holidays shall not be held responsible for variations in refund amounts arising from these third-party policies.

•  If a tour is cancelled after commencement, refunds will be limited and subject to certain conditions.
• Refunds, if any, will depend on the amount we can recover from hotels, transporters and other service providers.
• No refund will be provided for unused hotel accommodation, missed meals, unused transportation or any other unutilized services.
